By accessing or using DubbStudio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DubbStudio is an AI-powered video dubbing platform that enables users to translate and dub video content into multiple languages. The service includes:

• Automated speech transcription and translation
• AI-generated text-to-speech voice synthesis
• Voice cloning technology for personalized dubbing
• Video processing and audio merging capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create deepfakes or content intended to deceive, defame, or harass others
• Clone voices without the explicit consent of the voice owner
• Process content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malicious content, spam, or harmful material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the original content you upload to DubbStudio. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the dubbing service. We do not claim ownership of your videos, voice clones, or dubbed content.

6. Voice Cloning Consent

When using our voice cloning feature, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from the individual whose voice is being cloned. Using voice cloning technology without proper consent may violate applicable laws and these Terms of Service.

7. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on the duration and complexity of content processed. Unused credits may expire based on your plan terms. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused credits in cases of account closure.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice for planned downtime when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

DubbStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India.
