• Voice Data: When you use voice cloning, audio recordings you provide to create your voice model.
• Payment Data: Billing information is processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our AI video dubbing services
• Process your video dubbing requests using our AI pipeline
• Create and manage your voice clones per your instructions
• Send you service updates, billing notifications, and support responses
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our product
• Prevent fraud and ensure the security of our platform

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Video files are processed on-demand and not retained longer than necessary for service delivery. Voice clone models are stored securely and associated with your account until you choose to delete them.

We use the following third-party services to power our AI pipeline:

• Deepgram: For speech-to-text transcription
• ElevenLabs: For text-to-speech voice synthesis and voice cloning
• OpenAI / Translation APIs: For accurate multilingual translation

Each provider processes data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time
• Delete your voice clones and uploaded media
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are used only in aggregate form to understand product usage.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Processed video files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Voice clone models are retained until you explicitly delete them or your account is closed.

8. Children's Privacy

DubbStudio is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through an in-app notification.
